For an average person i would'nt go above medium, i got XL and it could fit an elephant, but i guess you can go a size higher if your going to be nealing, or just want some extra mobility, but i suggest washing first becuase it is a bit stiff and itchy.

good quality, sizing charts need reevaluating i wear a 34 and got a medium which is sized for 31-35 and it fits very snug.

I recently got these to blend in with the woodland environment I will be playing in. When I got them, I tried them on to see how they fit. A Large Shirt and Large Pants were a perfect fit for me, a skinny 6'3". However, the shirt was designed to fit someone with a larger belly than me, but it was no big deal. They are thin, lightweight, perfect for summer, and allow extra room for something under during the winter. They have lots of pockets, and I especially like the hidden buttons, so that it doesn't look messy or out of order.
