RAS for G36K (Rail HandGuard)

This all metal, heavy-duty RAS is designed to fit the Echo 1 G36K.  This upgrade will allow you to add a host of tactical accessories - Grenade Launchers, Flashlights, Lasers, Vertical Foregrips - anything with a standard Weaver style mount.
 
Installs easily in only a few minutes.  Includes everything you will need for installation. 

**Requires slight modification.**

**This will not work with the Classic Army G36K.**

An alright RAS, but it works. Full metal construction, fit fine on a TM G36 but did require some modification to the 2 tab things above the barrel, nothing a dremel and 5 minutes couldn't fix. Quality is OK, though it feels coated and prone to scratching. Color isn't perfect, but it's close. Body pin sticks out awkwardly and doesn't secure well, but this can probably be easily DIY'ed. I think my lower RAS component is sized wrong, my UTG bipod wiggles a bit, a bipod that is perfectly secure on every other railed component on other guns I own.

I was able to fit batteries in the front of the gun still, LiPos and a 9.6v small type. It was just really difficult.

There are more expensive and possibly better RAS conversions for the G36 out there, but this one can get the job done if you overlook the relatively minor complaints.
