Model 4/15 Tactical Rail Mount for Carry Handle by UTG
 
Designed to fit on an existing carry handle of the M4, M15, M16 series rifles (will only fit guns with carry handle).  This unit allows you to add a scope / red dot to your M4.  Attaches easily, with no tools, in minutes - NO modification of your gun is required.  This rail looks great and is the only way to add a scope or red dot to some guns (Marui M733 Commando).
