this gun is great. ive had it 2 months and never jammed. it is powerful and accuracy is ok. the inner barrel is the only thing i would replace. i suggest goig with the "MadBull Black Python Tight Bore Barrel-Socom Gear 1911" then accuracy improves 150%. the silencer is metal and cool. threads are 14- so same as most aegs. the adapter is metal and is the orange part. screws right off (if u want to put silencer on i suggest leaving it in because it comes nice and tight but after you take it out and screw it in it will be a little loose cause the silencer screws on counter clockwise and the adapter screws into the barrel clockwise, thus tightening the silencer too much can unscrew the adapter.this gun has no plastic, at all except the muzzle loader (the thing that loads the bb) but other than that all metal and grips are RUBBER NOT PLASTIC. shoots hard i suggest .20 for fps and .23 if you really want accuracy. thanks for reading!

The SOCOM Gear USMC MEU SOC Limited Edition Gas Airsoft Gun is an ok buy it is an awesome buy if you want realisticness. but if you want performance dont buy this gun it is not accurate not powerful and always jamms. The bad thing about Gas guns is also it needs the perfect amount of gas or it wont fire smoothly. I reccomend you saving up and going for an AEG.

The gun is amazing. I love it so much. It basically is a real gun, but it shoots airsoft pellets. This is because it looks and works authentically in every way. The blowback is very nice, and it really packs a punch. SEMPER FI!

great gun. IVe had it for about 2 weeks and i brought it to a skirmish and it outperformed a tokyo marui pistol with ease. the silencer is ok but it adds style to the gun and looks great..GOOD JOB SOCOM GEAR ON ANOTHER GREAT GUN.
