These kits consist of higher-quality, bigger, stronger and more manly parts to upgrade your AEG.  New tappet plate, bushings, piston, piston head, cylinder, spring, spring guide, gears .... everything but the motor!

Most guns have several power kits to choose from: 100, 120, 130.  Typically, the 100 kits are safe for all guns with little to no modification.  The 120 kits are right on the border line.  Some guns are fine with the 120 kits but some guns will require extra modification and possibly a larger battery.  The 130 kits almost always require the use of a much larger battery to power your new beast and thus, some modification may be required to house the larger battery.  If you choose a 120 or 130, be prepared .... like with all mods, there may be some trade-offs.  Although your AEG will be shooting harder and farther, the rate of fire may be slower if you don't upgrade your motor and battery - and you may loose accuracy if you don't upgrade your barrel !
