We test all guns prior to shipping, including springers. We can only assume damage occured during shipping. We are working with customer to remedy the situation.

This is a good gun to start with but it has some problems. First is the laser sight. I dont know if its just mine but the laser sight I cant complain because its only $10. Over all its a good gun for training but not to use during a game.

Its a great gun! The laser sight sometimes stops working but you can just unscrew the end and adjust it. The only problem is that sometimes bbs get stuck and it makes a annoying rattling sound. Otherwise, this gun is a great gun for and amazing price! It shoots far for a spring gun!!!

ITS A GREAT GUN IT RARELY JAMS BUT YEAH IT DOES JAM THEN AND AGAIN BUT ALTHOUGH ITS A GOOD GUN =]
