I bought the gun about 2 weeks ago and it worked okay for the first few days. But after a little while it would only load every other bb. Then the bolt started jamming when it was pulled back, so then when it finally goes forward it shoots the round that it just loaded. Trinity has given me a ticket number and I am waiting to be contacted.

Customer was sent a warranty Return Authorization. Problem is most likely a broken sear. As of 5/8/12 we have not received the item back from the customer. This is not a super common problem to this particular model, but broken sears are one of the most common issues with bolt action sniper rifles in general (it is a high stress point and about the only thing we ever see go wrong with the bolt actions). Overall we have had very, very few problems with this gun.

Bought on 2/24/12 my team and I took it out for testing the next day. Conclusion it's a paper weight! Hard to test a gun that can't feed BB's jams Slam fires or has the bolt jam every other attempt. Gun looks good though! If your looking for a cool wall mount then this is for you. I'm a fair guy and I realize I may have gotten a "lemon"? As for the customer service.... I'll get back to you with as soon as I get some

awsome sniper rifle effect range 250FT
approx FPS 520 with .20g for best results use madbul .30g over all durable accurate and good power only con it misfeeds some times and will fire then next two shots wont fire jiggle mag and it will fire next shot it can be fix with a little tap though
