Upgrade / Repair Service
Trinity Airsoft offers a full upgrade service for almost every airsoft guns and all parts we sell.
If you would like Trintiy Airsoft to perform an upgrade or repair on your airsoft gun, please call (in advance) for full details and information. 276-328-8990 Mon-Fri 10am-5pm EST.
*You must have a valid Tech Code before you can send any airsoft guns to Trintiy.
We can also make recommendations, and let you know which service/labor charge to add to your cart (based on type of airsoft gun and exactly what is being done).
*Please read carefully:
Before any airsoft gun can be sent to us - you must speak with one of our techs and get a valid tech support code. Any guns that arrive without the tech support code will be returned (unopened at your expense). All airsoft guns arriving at Trintiy Airsoft must have orange tip intact 100% - no exceptions.
Please allow 7-14 days, from the time we receive your package, before we can ship it back to you. Depending on where you live, shipping times can range from 2-8 days. **Shipping charges are not covered in this fee.** You are responsible for shipping the airsoft gun to and from. To included (purchase) return shipping charges, please let us know and we will advise you of which UPS shipping price to choose. All prices listed are for UPS Ground and will be determined based on the size, weight and destination of package.
We schedule all work on a "first come, first serve" basis. The time frame above is just a guideline and is not set in stone. Your upgrade time could be faster or longer depending on many variables.
When you send your airsoft gun, please do not send magazines, scopes, lasers, sights, slings, batteries, foregrips, etc.... Basically, we want the gun stripped to stock form with no accessories. We are not responsible for lost or stolen accessories - so please don't send them.
If your airsoft gun arrives in any condition other than exactly as you described (ex: missing parts, not firing, etc...) then we will contact you. In this event, we will either return the airsoft gun to you with no work performed or we will ask for an additional fee to cover the additional work. We reserve the right to refuse any upgrade / service / repair for any reason, even after we have received the package. Please be upfront and honest when you talk to our tech dept to obtain your tech code.
If parts have to be ordered to repair your airsoft gun, then we may have no control over when they arrive. Especially if parts are only available overseas, the wait time can range from 1 month to 4 months to ???
