The new hand guard has rounded bottom sides and initially we did not think we would like this. However, once we got hands on it, it turns out to be more comfortable to hold and use than the previous models. It also gives the gun a different look. JG's S-System has been one of their best sellers for years and should continue to be the choice for many serious players. The AEG provides plenty of versatility with the full length sight rail and front accessory rails. There is plenty of room for a wide variety of optics, tactical lights, lasers, and vertical grips. Couple this with the above average fps (400-420ish with .20g) and a good solid rate of fire 800-850 rpm and you have a very capable package. The only real drawbacks we can see, and this applies to most JGs, is the lack of any real logos or trademarks. Some nice JG marking would make the gun look a lot less..well...plain.  The bottom line is that the S-System continues to be a very great gun from JG and would make a great choice for field play. Kevin said on 12/26/2011, Customer did not purchase this product from Trinity Airsoft My dad got me this for x-mas, he didnt get it here but he got the extras. the gun is very heavy, shoots very accuratly, is really just bad***. i recomend getting an extra mag, foregrip, ACOG scope,laser, and flashlight. i have yet to try it out for its combat effectiveness. the accuracy test was great, 9/10 targets hit. the wieght is gonna take some getting used-to for begginers. its a great gun for a primary for mid-range. using .20 grams it hits with great impact, using .12 grams isnt a good idea due to jamming, it wont cycle them right. goldenball BB's are a good way to get good, cheap, BB's. Overall. i give it a 10/10 for accuracy. 8/10 for ergenomics, 8 is due to its stock which is a tough polymer making the butt-stock uncomfortable. 9/10 for efficiency. and a 5/5 for quality. this i recommend for new players who dont want to put a hole in your wallet. great gun. 2. kevin said on 10/14/2011, Purchased on 9/14/2011 Great gun, nothing damage after a month of my purchase , battery last long after charge , only thing is bullets seem to stray cenimeters ( literally) to the right, but that could be me its a great gun and im satisfied Trinity Replied Cleaning the barrel may solve this problem. Just a bit of dirt and crud in the barrel can affect things. Also, a slightly heavier BB may help, try .25g. 3. Powerful gearbox shooting hot and easily getting 200 ft when adjusting the hop up correctly and using .25 bbs. Defiantly get this if your looking to get a high end gun for relatively cheap that can be upgraded easily with a KWA bucking and 6.01 tightbore for like $50 to surpass even the higher end M4's on the market 4. The only problem i had with it was that the receiver was not straight black like the rest of the gun, it was more of a darker grey. But other than that its a fantastic gun. A definite must buy!! 8. NOPE, it is accually quite nice. Get this gun. oh yeah, to install the battery (the instructions are in japanese) use a flat head screwdriver, turn the two screws on the RIS closest to you,(you'll see)until they pop up. open the RIS, and install the battery. This was my first buy and first time owning an airsoft gun. I've had this gun for about a month to a month and a half and it has treated me very well. The battery is a hassle but that is all excused by the accuracy and power of this gun. Amazing in my opinion. I recommend it to anyone who wants a good first gun for a good price.
