We do ship to APO/FPO addresses via USPS. However, since our site is set up for UPS shipping only, it is a manual process. Below are the steps for ordering and other information you need to take into consideration.
We will first need to send you a quote including shipping charges.
I.) In order to get a quote, we need the following information:
1) Full Name
2) Exact Shipping Address
3) Valid Contact Phone Number or .mil email address (or equivalent)
4) Exact List of Items you want to order and quantity of each item
(Please provide links from our site to the items you wish to purchase to ensure that we are on the same page)
Payment is via PayPal. Along with the quote we will send a PayPal payment request. If you wish to proceed with the purchase after reviewing the quote, simply follow the instructions included in the payment request email. You can use your credit card when using PayPal.
** All orders ship by USPS Priority Mail.
** Trinity Airsoft is not responsible for any taxes, duties, or other fees that may be due upon delivery.
** Trinity Airsoft is not responsible for any delays, seizures, penalties, or any other repercussions from the importation of restricted materials to your location. It is your responsibility to determine whether or not there are any restrictions regarding airsoft importation to the base/country in which you are stationed.
** If, the package is refused upon delivery and returned to Trinity, upon arrival at our warehouse the items will be inspected. If in unused, undamaged, like-new condition, you will be refunded the item total less a 20% restocking fee. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
**We highly recommend that you check with the base postmaster to make sure there are no shipping restrictions at your location related to airsoft equipment and accessories.
**Once payment is received, please allow 2-4 business days before it ships out. We process USPS shipments once a week. Once your order ships, we will send you a final copy of the invoice including the tracking information. Tracking information will only be valid until the shipment enters the military mail system.
** Orders to APO/FPO addresses do not qualify for any free shipping offers due to the higher costs involved. However, should we have a free shipping in place at the time of your order, we may apply an applicable discount.
