You’ll be happy to know that we do ship to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S.
Territories via the U.S. Postal Service. Unfortunately, our web site
checkout system is only set up to allow shipping via UPS. Therefore,
ordering is a somewhat manual process. Please review the procedures outlined below.
First we will need to send you a quote that includes shipping. In order to generate a quote, we need the following information:
-- Your complete billing and shipping addresses including telephone number.

A list of the items you wish to purchase and the quantities desired.
(please include links to the items from our site so that we can make
sure we are looking at the same items as you).
Once we receive this information, we will then send you a quote for the items requested.
Payment
is made via PayPal. We will send a PayPal payment request along with
quote. To complete the order simply follow the instructions included in
the email from PayPal. You can use your credit card with PayPal. PayPal will simply facilitate the payment submission.
However, if you wish to call to finalize
the order you may do so. We are open Mon-Fri 9am-5pm EST and our phone
number is 276.328.8989. When calling to complete the order please have your Sales Order # ready (this will be printed on the quote).

- Trinity Airsoft is not responsible for any taxes, duties, or other fees that may be required upon delivery (mainly applies to U.S. Territories).

Free shipping offers do not apply to shipments to these locations due to the higher costs involved.
Should we have a free promotion going at the time of purchase and your
order would have qualified if shipping to address in the lower 48, then
we may apply an applicable discount to your order.
- Once payment is received, please allow 2-4 business days for your order to ship. We ship USPS orders out once a week. Once shipped, most USPS deliveries take 2-5 days for delivery. We will send you a final copy of the invoice along with tracking information once the order ships out.
