You'll be happy to know that we will ship to some select areas outside the United States. Our international ordering policies and procedures are outlined below. Please read carefully.
International orders are not processed through the site. We will first need to send you a quote (including shipping) for the items you wish to purchase. Payment is through PayPal.
1: In order to get a shipping quote, we need the following information:
1) Full Name
2) Exact Shipping Address
3) Phone Number (We will rarely need to call, however, this will be on the shipping paperwork should you need be contacted by the carrier or customs).
4) Exact List of Items you want to order and quantity of each item -all items must be in stock. We do not take backorders. Please include links to the items on our site so that we can be sure that you and we are looking at the same items.

Once we receive your email with the items you wish to purchase, we will email you a quote with a TOTAL for the entire order with shipping charges.
Payment is via PayPal - no exceptions. You can use your credit card when using PayPal. We will send a PayPal payment request via a separate email along with your quote. If you choose to proceed with the purchase, simply follow the instructions that will be included in the payment request email.
If you do not have a PayPal account, the payment request email will have instructions on creating one.
Once we verify receipt of your payment, we ship your order via The U.S. Postal Service. All payments must be in USD (U.S. Dollars).
** Please be aware - We do not recommend shipping airsoft guns as there is a risk they may get seized or delayed by Customs. If this happens, we are not responsible, and no refund will be available. Please review all regulations and laws regarding airsoft for your country. All airsoft guns we sell are designed to meet U.S. laws and regulations and may not meet those of your country. Ordering and importing airsoft guns is a risk that you assume.
** It is best to only ship: accessories, magazines, parts, tactical gear, etc....
** All orders ship via the U.S. Postal Service -- Priority Mail. This is the only method available. Some destination countries have shipping box size restrictions and certain items we may not be able to ship.
** We are not responsible for any seizures, duties fees, customs fees, taxes, penalties, or the likewise. There are no refunds should an order be seized and/or destroyed by customs.
** All sales are final.
** Any Warranties are U.S. warranties only and do not apply to items shipped outside the U.S.
** We will not ship an item disassembled in order to circumvent customs.
** By law we must mark customs forms with true value of items sold and as merchandise. We will not mark a customs form as "Gift".
** Magpul and ErgoGrip/Falcon Industry items are not available for export as are a few other items that are marked on their product pages.
** LiPo Batteries cannot be shipped.
** If a package is refused upon delivery, shipping charges (both ways) are non-refundable and a 15% restocking fee will be applied. Refund would only be issued if the returned product is in 100% like-new, undamaged condition.
**Please allow 2-7 business days for processing of you order once payment has been submitted.
**Once your order has been processed and shipped, please allow 1-4 weeks for delivery. Delivery times will vary based on customs inspections, transit times to and inside your country, etc. We will send you a final copy of the invoice along with tracking information once your order ships.
