Trinity is awesome. I have placed several orders with you over the past two years and every order ships fast, arrives fast and is always correct. This is amazing, even though it shouldnt be. This is how every store should be - but they are not!! I have ordered from XXXXX-XX many times as well and they almost always mess up my order and it takes them 4-5 days to ship it. The last time I placed two orders the same day, one from you and one from them... the order from you arrived at my house before the order from them even shipped!! It arrived 12 days later (wtf)?? You are awesome and that is why Trintiy is my favorite store. Just wanted to let you know and please keep up the good work because Trinity is the best !!!

You guys write back, process at light speed, and have stuff here in a day or so. There are going to be things that you can't get for me. I'm reasonable. You guys are awesome.... We had a local shop (to whom I loaned my M249 which came back missing pieces) that kept beating around the bush and telling me what I wanted to hear. They lied to me over a barrel spring for my CA M249MKII para barrel saying that it was on the way. They strung me out for 2 months. I called another company and within a week or so they said that they had tried all of their sources and came up with nothing.

What I am trying to say is: You guys run business how a business should be run...whether or not you can help me every time has no bearing on how satisfied I am with Trinity. You guys are strait up and honest. That's what counts.

Thank you so much for fixing my son's gun!

It was very frustrating to us that only after a one time use, the gun failed to work. Of course a week after we bought the gun, the store went out of business and we were out of luck getting help from them. Unfortunately where we live, there are not any other airsoft gun or supply stores.

When I had my son pull up your sight to see if we could get some help, Taylor ( if I am correct ) took the time to walk me through what could be the problem. He also discussed having you look at it and you would probably know what the problem was.

I'm really glad it was an easy fix and I appreciate the time you gave us to take care of the problem, even though we did not purchase the gun from your company!

So basically I just wanted to say THANKS for your time and handeling this so quickly so Scott could get back out and use his gun.

It's rare these days to get GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE!
