Q: Can I remove or paint the colored tip on my airsoft gun?
NO. It is against Federal Law and it will void all warranty. If any airsoft gun is returned to Trinity Airsoft for warranty, repair, upgrade, replacement, or likewise, without a colored tip on the gun - the gun will be turned over to local law enforcement and the customer (you) will not be given a refund or credit. This is serious, so please do not do it.
Q: Do you offer returns or exchanges?
Please see our Return Policy for in-depth information. Most sales are final, however, many items do have a manufacturer warranty. Some other items, such as gloves, for example can be returned for excahnge if the size is incorrect. All returns to Trinity Airsoft must have a valid RMA# and meet all guidelines.
Q: How old do I have to be to purchase airsoft guns?
The person purchasing the airsoft gun MUST be 18 years of age or older. NO EXCEPTIONS. Use and ownership laws can vary by state and local government so it is best to check with law enforcement in your area.
Q: What is the best airsoft gun?
This is a tough question that we are asked daily. The truth is ... there is not a single right answer for everyone. The best airsoft guy for "you" will depend on many factors.
Granted, there are some guns that are better than others (Marui, KWA, Echo1), however, the 'best' gun will depend on your playing style and your personal likes and dislikes. Some guns are more suited for close quarters combat (P90, MP5's), while other guns are designed for mid to long range engagements (M4's, AK's, AUG's).
We make every effort to carry high quality airsoft guns and gear. We have attempted to fill our website with the most useful information available anywhere. Please feel free to research on our site and make a decision based on factual information. In the end ... you need to get the gun that you like the best.
Q: Are you gun Statistics correct?
Yes, to the best of our knowledge and ability. Unlike some other stores, we actually chronographed each and every gun. We took measurements and weights. Most, if not all, of these guns we actually play with and use on daily basis. Remember, we are players first. Always have been and always will be.

Q: Do you guys really play airsoft or are you just a bunch of suit wearing, big-business men?
First, let me say this .... We don't own suits. We wear camo pants and black t-shirts. We do play airsoft (at least when we are not working on the website). We do support the sport of airsoft. We were players first. We will always be players. All of our staff are hard-working and dedicated to the growth of airsoft. We, as a company, sponsor several teams and national events.
The reason we started this business is simple. Airsoft is a relatively new sport in the US and we want to be a part of its growth and development. Also, we were tired of ordering stuff online only to receive parts and equipment that did not work, were not as advertised, or parts that did not fit like the 'sales person' said they would.
We want to offer you a honest buying experience. We do use these guns. We are familiar with each and every product we sell. We make an effort to carry only the best quality products. Our main goal is your satisfaction with your purchase and your extended happiness months down the road.
Q: Do you have a retail store? Can I buy from the store?
We offer a pickup option at our shipping facility. Please select the "Local Pick Up" option from the shipping options.
This allows local players to order online, pick up at our warehouse and not be charged any shipping fees.

Q: Do you offer Special Orders ?
Yes, in most cases. Please call for more information. We do require a 50% deposit on special order items. Delivery time could be as high as 8-12 weeks if ordering from overseas, so please be patient (the vast majority of our products are shipped directly from Japan). Once special orders are placed, they cannot be cancelled. No refunds or credits can be given, so be sure that you know what you want before you place a special order.
Q: Where do you guys buy your airsoft guns ?
If we told you, then we would have to "eliminate" you. Only joking, however, most items come directly from Japan or other overseas suppliers - no middle man. This allows us to offer you very competitive pricing and guaranteed stock on most items.
Q: Tell me about Trinity Airsoft.
Well, let me start by saying that our logo "For Players, By Players" really says it all. We started this business as players. We started it so that other players, like yourself, would have a place to buy their airsoft guns and gear where they know that they are not being "ripped-off". We want you to get the right gun, at a great price, with the right accessories - Every time.
We will go out of our way to make sure that your purchase is correct in every way, from the battery and charger to the BB's. We all know that it is no fun to order a new toy, spend a lot of hard-earned cash, wait a few days for it to arrive, tear open the box, and then not be able to use it because 'the guy on the phone' forgot to tell you that you needed a battery !! We will make every effort to ensure that does not happen to you.
Most of our airsoft guns have a section below them titled Related Items or Dropdown boxes to help you select the correct accessories. These sections will show you the correct battery, charger, BB's, adaptors (if any), etc... that you will need to make your purchase complete.
Q: Do you ship outside the USA?
We do ship some select orders outside the US. International orders cannot be placed online. Please contact our sales team (sales@trinityairsoft.com) to place an international order. We will be glad to process your order manually. Typically, international orders must be paid with Paypal and ship via U.S. Postal Service Priority International.
Q: Do you take phone orders?
Yes. We would rather that you place your orders online to eliminate any chance of human error. However, if you are unable to do so feel free to call and we will take your order over the phone. We will be happy to do so. Please call (276) 328-8989 Mon-Fri 9am-5pm EST.

Q: Do you offer upgrade and repair service?

Q: My gun does not work What do I do?
Step 1: Don't Panic. First, consult your owners manual. Most manuals have an entire section dedicated to trouble shooting.

Q: Do you take any forms of payment other than credit card?
We accept PayPal and all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express). Due to security reasons and age verification, credit cards are the most secure and safest way to conduct business over the web. We do offer 128 bit encryption and a secure database.
