Shipping Info (please read carefully)
All orders usually ship within 24 hours if placed during normal business hours (Mon-Fri by 2:30pm EST).

Orders placed after 2:30pm EST will ship the next business day.
Orders placed Friday afternoon thru Sunday evening, usually ship on Monday.

Most deliveries should be received within 2-5 business days, depending on your location and choice of shipping method. Some locations, such as the far West Coast (CA) may take longer. Most deliveries to locations near VA may only take 1-2 days with standard Ground service.
In Store Pick Up is for local customers only. Do not select this option unless you are picking up your order at our warehouse. There is no retail store as of Aug 17th 2007. In store pick ups must have a copy of the online receipt. Pick up only between the hours of 10am-5pm Mon-Fri EST.
We do offer several UPS shipping options - such as Next Day Air, 2 Day Air, 3 Day Select and Ground. Please be aware that orders placed late in the evening (EST) may not go out the same day. UPS cutoff time is 2:30pm EST. Any orders placed after this time may not ship until the following day.
UPS does not consider weekends as countable shipping days or the day the order is placed.
For example:
1) Orders placed on Friday before 2:30pm EST, shipping by Next Day Air, will arrive on the following Monday (not Saturday). If placed after 2:30pm EST order will arrive the following Tuesday.
2) Orders placed on Thursday before 2:30pm EST, shipping by 2nd Day Air, will arrive on the following Monday (not Saturday). If placed after 2:30pm EST order will not arrive until following Tuesday.
3) Orders placed on Wednesday before 2:30pm EST, shipping by 3 Day Select, will arrive on the following Monday (not Saturday). If placed after 2:30pm EST order will arrive following Tuesday.
No orders will ship on Holidays or Weekends.
Trinity Airsoft will not be held liable for any damage or delay on the part of the shipping company.
Most orders ship via UPS. Select items may ship by US Postal Service. Any item(s) shipped by US Postal Service will not have a tracking number and will carry no form of insurance. Any damage or loss of orders shipped by US Postal Service is the responsibility of the customer and Trintiy Airsoft assumes no liability in any form. Most items that ship via US Postal Service are clearly marked and typically ship at no cost to you. If you do not want your item(s) to ship via US Postal Service, you must call us before you place your order to make other arrangements.
Upon Delivery (receipt of your shipment)
* Please inspect your boxes carefully before accepting delivery. If there is any evidence of damage, immediately notify the driver. If boxes appear to be damaged, it is your responsibility to inspect the merchandise, in the presence of the driver, or inform the driver that you wish to Refuse Delivery.
If this occurs, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do everything we can to help. If you refuse delivery, the item(s) will ship back to Trintiy Airsoft, at our expense. Upon arrival, we will inspect the shipping box as well as the items. If we determine any damage, we will ship a new box to you. If, upon inspection, we determine there to be no evidence of damage, it is your responsibility to pay the return shipping charges back to you.

The person signing / accepting an airsoft gun delivery MUST BE 18 years or older. NO EXCEPTIONS.
*To expedite the process, it is highly recommended that you ship to your verified billing address. (This is exact address to which you receive your credit card statements). Shipping to any other, non-verifiable, address may delay or void shipping all-together. It is also highly recommended that you provide us with the exact billing phone number which your credit card company has "on file" for you. Providing any other, non-verifiable, phone number may delay or void the shipping process.
PRESSURIZED GAS
Any pressurized gas (Green Gas, Silicone Lube, 134a, etc...) CANNOT SHIP BY AIR. These items must ship via regular Ground Service.
If any non-ground order is placed with these items included, the order will be delayed and will ship by Ground Service. NO EXCEPTIONS. If you want to have your gas shipped seperately from your other items, then please place 2 seperate orders. If you place any type of air / express order (Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, etc...) and have pressurized gas on the order, you will forfeit your additional shipping fee and we will ship the entire order by standard Ground service. All pressurized gas items have a disclaimer, typed in "red", which clearly states they cannot be shipped by AIR service.
