Warranty Information Overview
Warranty Guidelines must be met for any warranty to be valid.
1) Manufacturer's Warranty:
ICS / SRC / UHC / TSD - 30 Day
Most of these items carry a manufacturer's warranty serviced directly through Team SD. Some items from TSD may carry a warranty of more than 30 days. If you have one of these items and wish to file a warranty claim, please contact Team SD directly and they will be glad to help:

Classic Army - 60 Day
Most of these items carry a manufacturer's warranty serviced directly thru Spartan Imports. If you have one of these items and wish to file a warranty claim, please contact Spartan Imports directly and they will be glad to help:

UTG - 30 Day
Most UTG and Leapers items carry a manufacturer's warranty serviced directly through Leapers / UTG. Some items from UTG may carry a warranty of more than 30 days. If you have one of these items and wish to file a warranty claim, please contact Leapers directly and they will be glad to help:

Echo1 - 30 Day
Most Echo1 airsoft guns carry a manufacturer's warranty serviced through Echo1 or Trinity Airsoft. If you have one of these items and wish to file a warranty claim, please contact one of the following:

Tokyo Marui - 30 Day
All Tokyo Marui guns are imported directly from Japan and as such do not carry a manufacturer's warranty. However, we feel their products to be of high quality therefore Trinity Airsoft does offer a limited 30 Day Warranty on most Marui airsoft guns. Please keep in mind, becuase these airsoft guns are imported from Japan, parts availability may be limited or delayed. If you have a Marui and wish to file a claim, please contact our technical support dept and we will be glad to help:

2) Optional Warranty:
Items of this type do not have a manufacturer's warranty, however, Trinity Airsoft offers an optional warranty, for a small fee. If you select the optional warranty, Trinity will cover the repair cost so long as all warranty guidelines are met. Return Shipping Costs are not covered under any optional warranty.
3) No Warranty:
Items of this type have no warranty of any kind. They are typically made of plastic and are of lesser quality and may be much more prone to damage or failure when compared to other products. As such they are typically of a lesser cost (you get what you pay for). Repair parts are typically not available. All sales are final on items of this type.
